Summer by Ingenuity 48W Series Safety Pet and Baby Gate

The 36-inch tall Summer by Ingenuity Doorway 48W Series Baby and Pet Gate, featured in USA Today's "Best Baby Gates of 2023" list, fits openings between 29 and 48 inches wide. This gate, with its no-drill pressure mount system, can be installed in doorways or hallways to help prevent damage. The gate can also be placed at the top or bottom of stairs, on walls, or on flat banisters, with the included hardware kit required for stair use.

The gate's 19-inch wide door can swing both ways, staying open when engaged at more than 90 degrees and auto-closing at less than 90 degrees. A stopper prevents the door from swinging over the top of stairs. The door locks securely to keep children and pets contained, with narrowly spaced bars. Adults can easily open the door with one hand by engaging the latch and pulling up on the door.

It's important to note that the gate door may appear off-center until it is mounted and tightened. Additionally, the gate will not fit openings measuring 32-32.5 inches, 36-36.5 inches, 40-40.5 inches, or 44-44.5 inches due to the extension sizing and configurations.
